After your order is cancelled, we inform the bank about your refund within 2 business days. It will be paid into your credit card back depending on the bank situation within 10 business days. After the cancel, the process and responsibility of refund's completion belong to your bank and please track this process from your bank.

The shipments to the Turkey is delivered to the buyer within 1-3 business days with UPS Express partnership.

Once your order has been delivered to the cargo, Portalusso notifies the customer of the e-mail. In addition, the relevant cargo company also informs you by SMS.
